همچنین 'اصغر گلی زاده'، 'پویا ایدنی' و سید'حامد موسویان' از ایران، 'فرید عباس اف' از جمهوری آذربایجان، 'سرگئی تیویاكف' از هلند و 'لئون بابوجیان' از ارمنستان با كسب شش امتیاز در تعقیب صدرنشینان جدول A این دوره از رقابت ها هستند.

در جدول گروه B كه شطرنج بازان دارای ریتینگ بین المللی زیر 2100 حضور دارند، 'مراد نوری' از جمهوری آذربایجان، 'سولخان سیربیلادزه' از گرجستان، 'رضا میرزاجانی'، 'علی موسوی' و 'رضوانی' از ایران با كسب هفت امتیاز درصدر قرار گرفتند.

در رقابت های جدول C كه بانوان حضور دارند؛ 'مهرنوش زوارموسوی' از ایران با كسب 5/6 امتیاز صدرنشین است، 'كیمیا مرادی' دیگر شطرنج باز ایرانی با كسب شش امتیاز و 'گلناز جعفری' با كسب 5/5 امتیاز در مكان های دوم و سوم قرار دارند.

همچنین در پایان دور هشتم رقابت های گروه D كه شطرنج بازان زیر 14 سال حضور دارند، 'آرین یوسفی كیا' از ایران با كسب 5/7 امتیاز درصدر قرار گرفت، 'محمدامین مولایی' و 'آرین بشیری' از ایران با كسب 5/6 امتیاز در تعقیب صدرنشین می باشند.

دهمین دوره رقابت های شطرنج بین المللی جام خزر از روز چهارشنبه هفته گذشته با حضور حدود 530 شطرنج باز از ایران و 11 كشور خارجی در شهرستان رشت آغاز شده است.

شطرنج بازان حاضر در این دوره از رقابت ها در چهار جدول و به مدت هشت روز در مجموعه ورزشی یادگار امام(ره) شهرستان رشت با هم به رقابت می پردازند.ك/2

امیر سرتیپ دوم 'حیدر عباس زاده' صبح دوشنبه در گفت و گو با خبرنگار ایرنا بیان كرد: دیروز فردی با در دست داشتن یك قبضه سلاح سه نفر را در ساختمان یكی از اداره های شهر ایلام به گروگان گرفت.

وی ادامه داد: با اطلاع پلیس،‌ گروه های ویژه نیروی انتظامی به همراه كارشناسان مركز مشاوره معاون اجتماعی ناجا در محل حاضر و اقدام های امنیتی برای آزادی گروگان ها را آغاز كردند.

فرمانده انتظامی استان ایلام افزود: در بررسی اولیه مشخص شد انگیزه این فرد انتقام جویی بوده و اختلاف شخصی با یكی از كاركنان آن اداره باعث دست زدن به این گروگان گیری شده است.

عباس زاده اظهار داشت: پس از گذشت پنج ساعت ماموران انتظامی با انجام شگردهای پلیسی و روانی موفق شدند گروگان گیر را از محل به بیرون كشیده او را دستگیر كرده و سه گروگان را نیز سالم آزاد كنند.

او ادامه داد: در این عملیات ضمن دستگیری فرد گروگانگیر یك قبضه سلاح جنگی و تعدادی قشنگ نیز كشف و ضبط شد. ك/3

فعالان سیاسی مصر حوادث اخیر این كشور را به شورای نظامی حاكم نسبت داده و این شورا را باعث ناامنی و اشاعه فساد در كشور دانستند. این فعالان از نمایندگان پارلمان مصر خواستند كه با شهروندان مصری علیه شورای نظامی حاكم و طرفداران رژیم سرنگون شده حسنی مبارك هم صدا شوند.

این گروه ها نقش شورای نظامی حاكم را در دوره حكومت انتقالی بسیار مفتضحانه و باعث ننگ مردم مصر توصیف كردند و از این شورا خواستند كه حكومت را تحویل دهد تا آرامش و ثبات به مصر برگردد و اهداف انقلاب مردم مصر جنبه عینی به خود گیرد. فعالان سیاسی مصر معتقدند كه شورای نظامی حاكم بر مصر فاقد هرگونه كارشناس در اداره كشور می باشد و با مخالفان انقلابیون مصر هم صدا می باشد و همواره از طریق بحران آفرینی درصدد به كرسی نشاندن این ذهنیت می باشد كه فقط ارتش می تواند نظم و ثبات را در مصر برقرار كند.

'كریمه الحفناوی' عضو انجمن ملی برای تغییر مصر به شبكه خبری العالم گفت: هدف شورای عالی نظامی این است كه به دنیا ثابت كند در دوران دیكتاتوری مبارك امنیت و ثبات در مصر برقرار بوده است.

وی اظهار داشت: حادثه چهارشنبه گذشته در ورزشگاه پورت سعید همزمان با اولین سالگرد حادثه جمل رخ داد.

بنا به نوشته روزنامه الجمهوریه مصر، شورای مشورتی مصر حوادث پورسعید و اقدامات نیروهای امنیتی مصر را محكوم كرد. این شورا در یك نشست اضطراری كه در روز شنبه همین هفته به ریاست 'منصورحسن' برگزار شد، طی یك بیانیه خواستار جلوگیری از خونریزی و هرگونه انفجاری در مصر شد.

وی همچنین خواستار سرعت بخشیدن بر روند انتقال حكومت و همچنین سرعت بخشیدن به روند انتخابات ریاست جمهوری در 23 فبرایر(4 اسفند) شد.

'منصور حسن' همچنین خواستار اجرای مفاد قانون فوق العاده در مورد چماقداران و بازداشت مسوولانی كه در حوادث پورسعید دست داشتند، گردید.

شورای مشورتی در این نشست خواستار استعفای افسران رژیم سابق و بازداشت عواملی كه در قتل انقلابیون مصر دست داشتند، گردید. این شورا در این نشست خواستار تشكیل یك كمیته ملی برای بازسازی ساختار وزارت كشور و تغییر مفاد قانون آن شد.

روزنامه الاهرام مصر هم نوشت كه فعالان سیاسی زن در یك تظاهرات در مصر در برابر پارلمان مصر شعارهایی را سر می دادند و سیاست های اعمال شده ازسوی شورای نظامی مصر را محكوم كردند و خواستار بركناری این شورای نظامی شدند و وجود این شورای نظامی را باعث ننگ دانستند.

'جمیله اسماعیل' فعال سیاسی زن كه رهبری تظاهرات كنندگان را به عهده داشت، گفت: این تظاهرات اعتراض آمیز و دیگر تظاهرات در مصر همه یك هدف را در سر دارند و آن ضرورت تحویل حكومت از سوی شورای نظامی می باشد.

وی گفت: این شورا در دوره انتقالی شكست مفتضحانه ای در اداره كشور خورده است و باید هر چه سریعتر حكومت را تحویل دهد.

همچنین این فعالان سیاسی درگیری های خونین نیروهای مسلح با شهروندان بی دفاع مصر را محكوم كردند و خواستار توقف روند سركوب و اهانت به زنان و تكمیل اهداف انقلاب مصر شدند و از پارلمان مصر خواستند كه از مردم مصر در راه اهداف انقلاب حمایت كنند و با آنها هم صدا شوند.

روزنامه عربستانی الریاض نوشت 'عمرو موسی' كاندیدای احتمالی تصدی پست ریاست جمهوری مصر اعلام كرد، طرحی برای خروج از بحران كنونی مصر در اختیار دارد و آن را به مقامات حاكم كشور ارایه خواهد كرد، وی اعلام كرد كه انتخابات ریاست جمهوری در مصر باید از موعد مقرر آن نیز زودتر برگزار شود.

'عمرو موسی' در یك كنفرانس خبری عنوان داشت: مصر هم اكنون از مرحله سختی می گذرد و آشوب و ناآمنی این كشور را فراگرفته است به گونه ای كه انقلابیون احساس می كنند كه هیچ یك از اهداف انقلاب محقق نشده است.

لازم به ذكر است عربستان و كشورهای غربی بدنبال حاكم كردن چهره هایی مانند عمرو موسی هستند كه همراهی خود را با آنها در گذشته اثبات كرده اند. رژیم صهیونیستی نیز در هنگام انتخاب موسی به ریاست اتحادیه عرب به شدت از این انتخاب استقبال كرد. مخالفان شورای نظامی طرح كردن نام هایی مانند عمرو موسی را به عنوان كسی كه قادر به ارام كردن اوضاع است، نوعی آدرس غلط برای انحراف انقلاب ارزیابی می كنند.

به نظر می رسد كه شورای نظامی مصر از این وضعیت بی ثباتی بیشترین بهره را می برد و به این وسیله به قدرت خود مشروعیت می بخشد و به دنبال به كرسی نشاندن این ذهنیت است كه فقط ارتش می تواند نظم و امنیت و آرامش را در كشور برقرار كند.

روزنامه مصری الیوم در باره كمیته های حقیقت یاب و بی اثر بودن تلاش آنها به دلیل وجود حكومتی سركش در این كشور گزارش مفصلی نوشت. این روزنامه در بخشی از گزارش خود نوشت: یكی از جلوه های بی نظیر اولین سال انقلاب مصر تشكیل كمیته های حیقیقت یاب می باشد. به طوری كه به طور متوسط هر ماه یك كمیته حقیقت یاب در مصر تشكیل می شود و بعد از تشكیل پارلمان مصر این روند رشد فزاینده ای را داشته است.

پارلمان مصر نیز این روند را در پیش گرفته است و نشانه بارز آن تشكیل كمیته حقیقت یاب برای بررسی حقایقی در مورد پرونده شهدا و آسیب دیدگان انقلاب مصر می باشد و اخیرا نیز آن را وادار كرده است تا در مورد حادثه پورسعید تحقیق كند، اما آنچه كه در این زمینه باعث تعجب می باشد، این است كه تا حالا هیچ یك از تحقیقات رسمی كه در مورد این حوادث انجام شده نتیجه ای را دربر نداشته است. به دلیل اینكه در مصر حكومت سركشی وجود دارد كه مانع كامل شدن تحقیقات و به نتیجه رسیدن آنها می شود، زیرا كه این حكومت دستش به خون بی گناهان آغشته شده است و آن حكومت شورای عالی نیروهای مسلح است كه حكومت مصر را در دست دارد. بدون حكومتش جنبه قانونی داشته باشد.

این روزنامه در ادامه نوشت: این تحقیقات باید در مرحله اول به شورای عالی نیرو های مسلح و مسوولیت های سیاسی و جنایی این شورا معطوف شود كه از زمان به دست گرقتن حكومت باعث كشتارها و سركوب های بسیاری در مصر شده است.

همچنین این روزنامه اشاره كرد كه این جنایت در اصل به شكست مفتضحانه شورای عالی نیروهای مسلح در اداره كشور در دوره انتقالی برمی گردد كه علاو بر نداشتن كارشناسان ماهر از زیر بار مسوولیت هایش شانه خالی كرده، با نیروهای مخالف انقلابیون مصر تبانی می كند و در مصر درصدد بحران آفرینی بوده و همیشه درصدد اشاعه فساد و استبداد در مصر است. همچنین باید به نقش این شورا در دوره حكومت حسنی مبارك پرداخته شود و رابطه شورای نظامی با رژیم حسنی مبارك مورد بررسی قرار گیرد.

به گزارش خبرنگار سیاسی ایرنا، محمود احمدی نژاد كه برای تقدیم لایحه بودجه سال 1391 كل كشور در صحن علنی مجلس شورای اسلامی حضور یافته بود، سال جاری را همراه با فراز و نشیب برای جهان و ملت ایران دانست و گفت :

با وجود اجرای طرح های بزرگ، در سال 89 رشد اقتصادی كشور بدون نفت به بیش از هفت و سه دهم رسید كه امیدوارم در سال 90 هم همین دستاوردها را داشته باشیم .

رییس جمهوری با یادآوری تحولات اخیر منطقه و جهان اظهار داشت: در شرایطی كه خلا قابل توجهی در جهان به خاطر افول لیبرالیسم و نظام سرمایه داری ایجاد شده است، مسوولیت انقلاب اسلامی برای پاسخگویی به نیازهای جهان سنگین تر است.

رییس قوه مجریه همچنین با تبریك فرارسیدن دهه مبارك فجر و سالروز پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی گفت: دهه فجر دهه بیعت با همه آرمان ها و اهداف بلند امام (ره) و شهیدان است و امیدواریم فجر 33 پرشكوه تر و الهام بخش تر از سال های گذشته راه نورانی امام (ره) و شهیدان را به دنیا معرفی كند.
